Reasonably Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our stay was enjoyable with a cozy Superior Double Room. The spa access from the lobby felt awkward, but complimentary tea was a nice touch after our long walks around the city. Consider using local parking for better access. Breakfast needs more variety to match the 4-star rating.

good stay but a few improvements needed
Breakfast offered a delightful menu, particularly for vegetarians, making mornings enjoyable. The room was clean and well-equipped, offering a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. I appreciated the cozy spa area which, though small, provided a perfect way to unwind after exploring. The garden view was a lovely bonus, giving a serene backdrop during our stay.
The air conditioning wasn't very effective, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable at times.

The breakfast had a great variety of options.
My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The air conditioning wasn’t effective, which made our stay uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer. the room was not as spacious as advertised, and the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired. We faced several issues, including the swimming pool being out of service for most of our stay, which was a major letdown for us after long days of sightseeing.

The play park nearby was perfect for my kids. The spa area had a warm pool, and the jacuzzi was good. I loved the spacious family room. it felt like a mini-apartment. The food was reasonably priced and very tasty, especially the goulash!

The hotel was located a bit off the traditional tourist path, but it allowed for a peaceful atmosphere. Staff were mostly friendly, which I appreciated, but some team members could have been a bit more welcoming. Access to nearby public transportation made exploring the city easier, although the pool didn’t meet expectations, being on the cooler side.

Breakfast offered a delightful variety, with freshly baked sourdough bread that was a personal favorite. Friendly staff maintained a clean environment and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the air conditioning was less effective than expected, making for a somewhat uncomfortable night. despite the generally quiet location, reaching the city center took more time than anticipated due to public transport delays.

I really enjoyed the breakfast variety and the comfortable deluxe room with a balcony, although the gym was quite small and could use more equipment. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Great spot for concert-goers!
We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. The staff was super friendly, especially our breakfast waitress who checked in on me due to my back issues. The buffet was awesome with loads of options! The only thing that could be better is having tea and coffee in the room, it was a bummer not to have that.
